We all money about prices ect watch Ben parkinson wilderness warrior on BBC 2 tomo night at 7 I train him every day for last 6 years I think we should be thankful for what we have
 
There was a thing on twitter a while back asking what inspired you. most people put money/ material things etc and i posted a picture of Ben...................the lads a legend with what he's been through.................Airborne

We should all remember there but by the grace of God go I one of the guys I work with has sever brain damage and he only fell off a step up
 
I watched it last night... he shows determination... would show this young crowd up for sure.... any thing is possible if you put your mind to it

Yep he's a Yorkshire lad went to Harrogate foundation near us,
Inspirational doesn't do it justice.
