Yes your rhight. But finding some one that good at the job. Finding someone that reliable hell of a job. Ther a shortage of good lads out ther if ther good ther busy. It serious give it a nother 5 10 years it going to be really hard to find a good trade man.. We need more help from government to employ young lads.
