The window fitting business seems to attact types like that, I've met a few, did some work for a regional manager and he was a hard pushy case as well. Expected quotes the very next day and didn't understand why trades called in for a quote didn't even ring him back after their visit.

You could just leave strips unskimmed so that they can see what board you've used

Building Control and HETAs like to see photo's for sign-offs. The PIA is downloading and sorting them out into the right jobs. I try to keep on top of it now regularly.
If you don't then it just looks like you've saved it from another job - leads to arguments about dates on photo's etc (Taxman likes to see those too for some strange reason???)

Update - the weirdo messaged me out of no where today saying it's all done and took 5 hours.. I mean none of the angles are straight and he's buried what were once sockets but I'm pleased for him.

I thought it best to just ignore him, I'm sure he'll give me and update again in a few months anyway.
