That bucket clean is great. specially if u work on ur own. it dont splash water about and gets the paddle spotless.
My only gripe is that its super heavy when full of water
The swing m is a conveying pump. It would pump and spray airless plaster but not at the controlled conditions or high pressure the swing airless will. You will also need a compressor to blow it on the wall.
I would use the 13mm pipe and powercoat gun to apply the material if i was using the...
Longer cables cause a drop in Voltage and the lower the volts the higher the amps.
The higher amps can cause the machine to trip the power supply
110v 32 amp supply with 2.5mm cable can probably stretch 25 mts maybe more however in 230v you could run much longer cables.
The guys machine wouldnt operate properly with a knock off rotor stator, all he has done is replaced knock off for original PFT parts and the machine is running great again.
Hes said the knock off shaft is shorter.
I went down this route when i first started out and was advised by my PFT...
The d63 soft is about 40 quid plus vat and a bionic mixing shaft about 50 quid.
In fairness i think thats cheap. im not sure what knock of equivelant costs
110v mixing pumps are more trouble than they are worth.
2 weeks of phone calls FFS
Worse i had was Rob Cleary 4hr phone call and i got him up and running. 230v ritmo L
Great stuff.
The beauty of original PFT pumps is the HUGE range of rotors and stators available to choose from.
I tried knock offs years ago and they were s**t, so i always stuck with the original PFT ones
Not sure about the material and i expect its quite warm in NZ. I would try firstly pumping at its slowest to get going and make the mix wetter. Dont fill the hopper too full in case the gear starts firming up creating a tunelling effect and only pulling part of the gear. Check the conveying...
Use a d 63 soft stator and you shouldn't have any issues.
You're always better of sticking with Original Pft rotors and stators, the quality is always superior and the range of choice means you can always choose the most suitable for your equipment and the work your doing
Small machines are mainly for domestic market.
Plugging a 30kg transformer in to a 230v socket is pointless and just making more work and over complicating a simple thing.
110v is F*****g useless on a big site . Its not like buying a whisk where all you need is a empty socket. You need the...
Apart from 1 guy who sells 110v only and 1 thread on this whole forum there havent been any issues.
If there was a problem i would expect this forum would be red hot with the topic and there would be many dissapointed spreads all posting their greivances.
Tell him he broke your heart, then block him from ur phone.messages.wassap.facebook.twitter the lot.
Somebody thinks hes worth more so leave em crack on.
Not sure wat u askin me there about clampables ?/
The xl mixing shaft required will depend on the material you need it for . you could use this one or that one . 1 is for insulating plaster and one is for light plaster. If you want it for a certain product i will email the Germans when they...
I been running ritmo l and m since 2007 on domestic jobs.
once in a blue moon ive had the machine trip the power.
may of been an oversensitive RCD i dont know.
Anyway the point being that ritmos are running all up an down the uk daily plugged into mains sockets and they are not tripping out...
if your using your genny in 415v . the you can plug your water pump to the socket on the machine or of the mains power if you like.
If your runnin it of mains power you will need to connect your water pump and compressor directly into 1 wall plug (use a splitter) on a 2.5mm cable
then run...
Right vh12 i was on the piss last night and didnt have my glasses.
in answr to ur query how to run in 230v.
Firstly you should have had it all explained at your training.
During training you are shown how to set machine up including how to get the right consistency. You will also be shown...
So there you go ! Just by changing the stator to a more suitable one any issues are instantly overcome and you can get back to spraying.
Thats why PFT is always years ahead. Tbey take the time and money to ensure all their products are the best they can be
ive had a 15kva kohler for 16 years. never had a problem with it being underpowered. theres always been an easy solution .
I cant think of a single scenario in the last 16 years i needed a 20kva
The soft rotors and stators have been developed for difficult " Render" products.
Its true in some cases a more powerful generator will provide the extra power needed 1% of the time on start up when you do use difficult products or cheap rotors and stators but then do you don't need all that...
