    Ritmo L for sale

You do slate them . you tell anyone the reetmo isnt up to the job. i have a email this week from a custumer saying he has been told the g4 wont pump silicone k rend only the m330 can do it. you compare the m200 to givin the g4 a run for its money. the K4 is £2500 cheaper than a genuine PFT and...

    Ritmo L for sale

it never did it well enough for you to confidently promote it. The ritmo Mpumps just as far as the m200. How can it not. its the same size motor. The Ritmo L pumps further .theres videos to prove it . Of course if i could be bothered i could change the spec sheet on the Ritmo L to update the...

    Ritmo L for sale

i dont promote the ritmo ewi. i told you my thoughts on it. i didnt mention the m200 i have been running the ritmo on jobs whilst u were in school. I know what makes for the ideal set up and its the same as all the manufacturers have built the machines. Seperate compressors are unnecessary...

    Ritmo L for sale

K dont have any facts wrong. The m100 is very far from the original ritmo. The ritmo has had a properly designed 3 phase main motor and gearbox with adjustable speed control inverted from a single phase supply It can and does pump renders and backing plasters The M100 couldnt do the same and...

    Ritmo L for sale

Its ok. it works. Just for me its a a bit of a mish mash. built in water pumps mean you have to have the water butt within 2 mts of the machine. on domestic sites or internals thats restrictive. plus its harder to move the machine around. then there's a seperate compressor. 110v...

    Ritmo L for sale

"It's amazing how many PFT dealers (not you or Stuart in this case) slate the M200, M330 and K4, yet none of them have used them or are willing to put it to the test. I hope you guys do bring out a new Ritmo, it just reinforces the fact the M200 is better than what you currently offer" PFT...

    Ritmo L for sale

You're more than welcome to bring your G4 down, put it side by side with the K4 and tell me what warrants an extra £2500.00. I'm sure you wont want to take me up on that offer though. The fact you get a pretty much identical setup with a more powerful generator from us for a saving of about 2.5k...

    Ritmo auto start ?

My question is does this normally happen as the machine knows to kick start itself so the gear doesn't get stuck in pipes ? No. its likely a quiet air leak. when the pressure drops the machine will start, the compressor will also kick back on and build the pressure till it leaks out again and...

    Festool whisk

The refina are eibenstock. I would say its between Collomix and Eibenstock. The Collomix 1600 is lighter and smaller to handle than a eibenstock. I use one of them Systainer 4 to store the thing. just pop the paddle out and drop it in the box.

What machines are suitable for use with Thistle Spray Finish?

The PFt Ritmo M or L with a Powercoat upgrade is the most suitable machine. The powercoat upgrade includes a smaller rotor stator, thinner material hose a stainless steel powercoat gun and a remote control.

    Spraying basecoat

Ok. i guessing you are doing a thin base coat so maybe you could try a slower rotor and stator with an 8mm cap. the slower speed will certainly control the waste and mess and will spread thinner. If it a total 6mm base coat i would use a d 3-4 6 ltr 8mm cap ( spray a quick light 4mm...

    Mono repair

The repair itself will be good if you use the same product to patch as was originally used. but you wont get the same colour match. therefore its best to repaint the whole elevation so nothing flashes

    Mono repair

you can patch it in very well and by using a colourwash to equalise the surface of the hole elevation should be pretty invisible

any ideas what to do with this

fuckk the monocouche if the render is stable, fill out the exposed substrate flush with existing render. Install some mesh beads to the angles etc. Go over it all with a nice coat of HP12 and mesh. get it bang flat . take about 8 mm. Then either go over it with a silicone or mineral 1.5-2mm...

    K 1 through a g5

OK this sounds like the rotor and stator was not suitable. I have seen this regularly on g4 and ritmo . Coloured k rend does not seem to mix easily like other products. The solution recommended by us is simply a d6-3 soft stator for the 3 phase machines or a clampable stator on the...

i would use a D6-3 soft, d4-2 clampable or d6-3 clampable. I find any coloured K rend needs a softer rotor and stator for trouble free spraying.

    Question about PFT G4 230v vs 380

if you're thinking about a g4 switchable i would say use 3 phase if u are pumping high. If you are just doing houses and normal stuff the machine will be ok in 230v mode. Using parex monorex as example in single phase mode you could pump about 20 mts away from the machine ( 10 mts vertical)...

    Had enough of my monojet

this is a single phase Monojet yes ?? you will need a suitable rotor stator to use the machine successfully in single phase. The pft d6-3 slimline rotor and stators was developed for single phase machines and i have used it here in the UK on a G4 switchable. A standard d pump rotor stator...
