It's up to other people if you want to work that slowly, I personally get bored shitless just standing around, drinking tea, or chatting for half hour in builders merchant etc. Get in, do a high quality job, clean the room and onto the next. Just cos you did 70+ at that price didn't mean you weren't ripping people off

Ripping people off? I don’t think so...who decides what is a fair price? THE CUSTOMER. They have the option to go else where. The amount of time it takes is irrelevant.

Makes me laugh when people come out with all this guff about ripping people off....The customer has the freedom to get as many quotes as they like and also has the freedom to choose who they like. A potential customer might go with the most expensive because they presented themselves well, had the best references, been recommended etc...To the customer the job is worth, what they are willing to pay.
