Hello all
My brother's flat (top floor, 3 storey) had this damp/condensation area top corner of bedroom. The patch looked like was caused from broken gutter/roof tile...they are fixed now. But since plaster upon touch seems brittle. fully qualified plasterer going to do whole room. any advice on the damp/condensation tips? Flat I've noticed does hold moisture so plan is to fit trickle vents in every window, windows open few hours a day, shower when in door shut etc, would a plaster vent be ideal to fit in that room or make it too cold? TIA
