1st year construction course..2nd year level 1 NVQ at Weston super mare college..
Hi can someone help or put me in the direction of finding an apprenticeship with a plasterer/plastering company. 18 in june ,enthusiastic, keen worker..

go and give the largest local plastering company a visit. pref. a firm with direct employees. you do not want to be self employed when you are an apprentice.

I don't think you're allowed to make apprentices self employed.

Apprentice have to be on books and sadly that's the problem for most small sole traders!

a decent apprenticeship would be direct labour, some people try to flob them off as self employed trainees.
