Blocked Rondo hose

Has anyone got any ideas on how to unblock a 25mm material hose on the ritmo? I can get water and the cleaning ball through but the render gets clogged and jams the machine

on the screed pumps, when the hose got blocked and the material had set. we would lay the tube on an area of concrete and run the lorry along the tube.
if the material was still wet in the tube ,we would remove the tube hang it up the scaffolding and run the hose through it until it was clear.

It can't be a proper blockage if the Ball still comes through,
The inner wall must be caked up a bit with render sucking the moisture out of the new gear as it comes down the tube,
Block the one end and poor diluted brick acid down and leave it overnight,
Before you use in future stick some diluted wallpaper paste down the tube.

I think you’re right, driving me insane. I’ll get the acid on it, how do it put the paste in? Just gravity feed from hanging the hose?

I just knock up a sachet of wallpaper paste with a gallon of water put it in an old PVA tub and before a spray tip a couple of litres down the house and lift the hose until it comes out the other side into a bucket and then you can keep it for the next time

I’m about to order from ian but I want to try an salvage the old one too as it’s not had much use and I can spend time over Xmas sorting it

I've got them years of age if you clean it out to all be fine and handy to have spare one's

I should go back and get it really and have a go clearing it out the while lot was blocked I got so pissed off just drove off in the end

Put the house on the road drive up and down it. Put it back on the tap of the machine use the pump to put water down it. If it doesn't work repeat it till it does. Bend the hose to and whip it. I've got render out of a hose that was in it 5 years b4.

The first time u use it after u unblock it. Wet the hose put some wallpaper paste in the end of the hose that connects to the machine. Let the render push the wallpaper paste trough the hose
