Bostik green grit.

Sorry to jump on an old post but does the green grit on its own hold back high suction backgrounds? Blue grit on its own as well as being a pain in the rear to apply does not hold off high suction too great. Cheers

it says on tub to SBR high suction, before putting it on, but like Superspread says.

Try beeline sealer before bluegrit. Beeline sealer is a pva emulsion. It is not like pva you know. It's dont go sticky and will stick to a range of surface from glass to plaster and won't come off, so mix 3-1 (give it time to dry) then the bluegrit goes on a treat

there was a red grit for external 25 years ago in the Netherlands. it never came to UK as it could not get a British standard certificate.

Did a job last week . customer put blue crap on walls.skirting and architraves. Messy sod. It was so thick I had to put a coat of bonding on first .don't like the stuff.its like the old polytex stuff from the 80s.
