Cement render price

Hey just a quick one, put in a price to do 100m2 rendering. Clients supplying materials so just labour, got to rake joints, sbr slurry, two coats then rub up estimated 10 working days to do with two spreads and a labour £4000.

Guy says I'm way two expensive what do you guys think is my pricing way out of wack or is he tighter than a nuns chuff?

I only mono these days but i would be more then happy to do it for that with materials ,but i have not seen the job ,and to rake out joints does seem a bit ott ,with respect

Only the person who physically is on site can answer your question, 100ms is different on every site, height scaffold, area size,angles, plumb ness ,flatness, weather, direction its facing, toughness of joints to rake out, no one on here can answer...

I'd get about £2000 for that but if your pricing like that and getting most of them I'd carry on pricing like that.

you should always surply your own materials, so they can not work out your wages.

I would do a refurb of 100m2 inc hacking off and supplying all equipment for less than that and do it in 7-8 days with a 2+1. So yes £4k sounds a good price for labour only on the subbies side of the counter.

I got well undercut on a roughcast job this week. Front, gable and back of two story house. Scaffold, hack off sbr. Guys doing it for two grand.
