Fxck the greenhouse , plenty of unused space down the middle of the A1 , mixed seeds have a higher female rate from high carbon monoxide , also frost free for late flowering

was being serious too. Mate stripped out his spare room just as lockdown kicked in. 175mm celotex where I’ve put a boarded loft section for storage. Beefed up the timbers, insulated PB on outside wall lah blah blah.
Loft ladder is bang on. Had to cut off one step for it to work right.
