all my work is new build...so i dont have much time to help but for friends and family il make time.
my sister in law does my accounts for free.
my step dad works for a brewery supplier...i get alot of drink for free.
ive had 2 vans mot'd for free.
my decking in my last house was done for free.....this is at the top of my brandy head !!
oh my block paving was also done free...in my last house.
ive had many favours mate ...more than ive given....and more than i can remember.

I've done my mates houses for mates rates, very nice mates rates, the only people I plaster for free for are my parents and I would my sister if she asked. Though my mates are exactly that for a reason they always insist on paying me more than I ask for

I'll do things for immediate family for free, everyone else pays the full going rate. On the odd occasion I'm asked to do something for a mate/acquaintance, I give them the price and tell them there's no discount. When they look crestfallen I explain that I'm quite happy to pay them full rates if I ask them to do work for me.
