We did not put trickle vents in our triple glazing... We have all our internal doors open 24 7... no mould here....

Venting bathrooms and kitchens are important...

Tbh I only kind of know how they work...few years ago on a job bloke had 200mm insulation walls ,ceilings, floors and was banging on about his heat recovery system...i just used to agree with what he was saying..just wanted to get job done and go
Lol

Danny you did your house up last year didn't you?

There shouldn't be any mould any how as you already said your doors are left open, you have central heating on all the time and let air move?
At moment I'm going into properties and thermal lining external walls (cold walls) because of no air movement, but every wall I'm doing I put a air vent in tenants don't like them and I'm sure as I leave there house there closing air vents off , so be it its not me living with mould , bathrooms and kitchens are always bad and most people think it's the house that's at fault, other faults drying clothing on radiators, dryers with no external vent there isn't much I haven't seen and the reasons, we could be having this discussion next year with twenty thousand plasterers and still no conclusion

Yeah we don't have any air vents or anything....

It's an interesting discussion... we dry our clothes in one of the spare bedrooms and have a dehumidifier running in that room....

I didn't see the point on having triple glazed windows then to cut massive leeter boxed holes in the top

Our central heating is electric radiators and because they are so dam efficient I only have 2 on in the hole property one in the hallway and one up stairs in my office ;-)
