If there's more than 20 of us should we do a draw to see who gets 1 and who gets 2? Any better ideas?
 
the winner should get it all, now. there should be two hundred in the pot. all or nothing, that's my motto in life :RpS_thumbup:

You cant change the winnings structure now everyone agreed to the first one before we started taking money
 
Jessop its a tenner per man. Now we need to work out of theres more than 20 who gets 1 horse and who gets 2. Ill leave that to the grown ups

last in first out. after twenty just return the money and tell them to do one. twenty is nice and easy. two each. two hundred for the winner is the real deal. we started out thinking the winner was getting £250. so now it would only be one twenty five. that doesn't even give me a semi

maybe if there's a draw for one each and then just a seperate draw for the remaining sixteen or seventeen or whatever's left, with everyone back in the hat. the lucky ones will get two. four or five will only have one ...... :RpS_scared:

yeah what he said otherwise its not goin to be fair that everyone sticks a tenner in and some people only get one horse automaticaly halfing there chances, bloody oli jumpin in last min to fu ck things up:rolleyes)

i just need a name to shout for in the alehouse. two will be better, but it won't matter. if you win you win. it's going to be another lost weekend. the race tomorrow and then another all merseyside football sunday ..:RpS_thumbup:

Earlier I asked for a number and @Jurek obliged with number 3 so we would start the draw at the 3rd horse (hunt ball) which would go to arti then beddy would get triolo d'alene and so on. Once everyone has a horse allocated the list repeats itself until the bottom two horses which either stay out of the reckoning or are given to 2 lucky punters :RpS_scared:

If we were to get another member to join then that's it sorted, but the draw would alter slightly. The list of members is in alphabetical order so the new one would slot in alphabetically and then everyone would move down 1 place. I'm going out soon and I don't know when or if I'll get back on today so this is as far as I can take it for now.
