Itemised pricing.

We have 2 different machines and if it's a one off job under 20m2 we will hand ball usually as its quicker, you have to consider the time and effort it takes to get all that machine gear on the van.

Come on let's be real if we're going to debate here.

If you can lay quicker than a machine if happily pay you the rates you wanted and it would save me buying a machine but truthfully that's not the case is it?

the local site rate for labour only mono is so low , not much more then skimming, eastern labour, none of them have any tickets, when the agent ask them to produce them the answer is "when do you want to drop the scaffold"? the agent will answer "in a few days" he is then told it is better not to worry about tickets.

the plasterers that "appear" to be doing the best seem to all have machines... but then you cant Judge a book by its cover

Saying hand balling render is just as quick as a machine is just r******d lol f**k me u read some s**t on here

It's not as quick how can it be ?but on smaller jobs 20 to 30 meters say there's very little difference imo

Clever c**ts them romans:fuckyou:

Bloody hell charm down!!!
I take it you don't use machines?
I still complete some jobs by hand although I was pointing out it's quicker and a better application using them, especially with mono

Thanks. All I've got to do is compare prices of plaster, I like the thought of spraying it on....the vids I've seen look good.

It's a doddle . the finish is a bit more expensive . but the coverage is around 18mtr a bag I think
And no waste at all
