seriously though the arm works but feels a bit err lose ............ill post the pics and let us know what you think ;)

yeah loose is ok wen u shut it off it shud hang down. make sure u push it in and lock it down proper. OK look see they way i start it every day is. powder in backand water hose in barrel. set number 5 on the dial on the side with water set to on and powder set off with the gate to the pan closed. turm machine on so til the water cums trough once the pan has been wet 5 to 10 seconds shut of water and turn powder on for bout ten seconds then open the water agen . once the mix is bout 3/4 of the way up the pan open the gate bout 1 n half inch. but ur tub under it . make a few little tweeks either way ont hte dial to get the consistancy you want. only move the dial slightly as its very sensitive and it will take a min or so to see the change in the mix.

absolute nightmare ;D..spent four hours trying to get the settings right and gave up and went beading instead :-[........we tried a few things things in those 4 hours trust me :-\........al we seemed to end up with was a lumpy mess in the mixing chamber, we ran it dry wet ......what we thought looked right then opened the gate a bit and 10 seconds later were back to a lumpy mess ........on the mixing blades is there supposed to be four upright bits on each corner ive got one on mine also the mechanismn to shut off let the powder out on mine is a tad lose and lets a small amount of powder out ....we tried to account for all this and had the water on 3-4 ??? ??? ???....fcuck knows lads gutted really dont be afraid to shout ideas at me ;)

cheers slim im more (french word)ed i couldnt figure it out than wasting time tbh ....sure simps or wiganlad or any of the other pimp mofo's can help ............

Seriously Spunky these Joddys sound like the nuts for Hardwall and you got the machine for what seems like a good price so it must be worth persevering with it even if you have to spend another few hundred quid to get it running properly. Why not give the makers a buzz and see if they can help.

there 1400 new .......a chap had a look at it today whos seen one running and he looked at mine and sort of went .......errrrrrrrrr ;D
andy my labs said if he gets a few hours spare on a weekend well have a play with it .....they are good we went through loads of kit trying to get it to work........seriously i thought i better give up or i could see meself getting docked a pallet of hardwall ......gutted they are good if i could i'd persevere

If they are as good as some say and you've got plenty of Hardwall to do, beg, steal, sell your body and buy a new one Spunky.

have you ever used a joddy flynny?

15 years ago, a guy i do a bit for has one but ive not used it but he seems to like it hes putting mp75 through it so he isnt gonna bother with a machine, sorry mate i cant help you :)

ok keep me up dated. cos they are gud machines when they up and runin. my mate wus of wed and thurs this week so was floatin on my own. did 50m2 of hardwall and skim a day for 2 days. lets see that dun mixing your own gear spreadin rubing up mixing oh yes and then sum ruling in. think i managed 8 bags doin it like that without joody but with it 100m2 in 2 days at £7m2 and no lab to pay ££££££££££ ;D

Ive got one in full working order if anyone is interested and willing to make a decent and sensible offer? Ive had hardwall, monocouche and several different mesh coating powders run through it with no problems what so ever.
