I'll send you a few bags free @flynnyman if you'll send me some signed magnetic artwork.....as a side note as its patented its illeagal to sell but nothing to stop people taking the patent info and using it for personal use

But on a serious note, lodan, why would you waste your valuable time on such madness! I very very rarely get free time, in fact these last few months I've had none but I can honestly hand on my heart tell you, if and when I do get free time, it won't be trying to mix magnetic with skim when all one needs to do is buy a tried and tested bag if BG.

Go watch some porn skipper and dump that crazy thought for good. :love:

I got their patent info so no trial and error, order, mix up and make my whole house magnetic for less than half the price....the patent is is like a copyright on the receipe, which I now have....was going to trial and error but no need now

I've got a Chinese recipe book mate but any time I fancy a sweet n sour chicken with noodles and spare ribs I'll just go pay for it

Don't take this the wrong way skipper but I think your as mad as a box of frogs lol. Why would you want your whole house done in magnetic plaster. Unless your into some kinky unheard of:bananas::rico: s**t hanging all sorts from the walls

Good tip I learnt off an old plasterer years ago is if a painter is causing you grief get some wire wool and cut small bits into his emulsion scuttle and he will paint it wait a day and he will be scratch in his head at all the rust spots on the wall

My own house is my place to experiment was all I meant cos I live with the consequences good or bad

Maybe you should be more adventurous then and try cooking your own sweet n sour chicken......if it tastes like s**t you did it wrong and have another go....i cook my own I****n and tastes beautiful
 
The story goes and not sure if true a Bg boffin was using magnetic paint and then thought why can't we do this in a plaster,so submitted idea and then took a while to get it right and had loads of trials then went to market at a high price,they don't make it in this country and its subbed out to some factory of some sort hence why cost of a bag so high,I don't know this as fact but seems believable

Lol, like I said only want to try it to see if it would work, would never use my own stuff I made on someone elses house as it wouldnt be fair as could go wrong.....although I do like the company name:)

That's a good tip,
Here's another...........(if say, you were a pissed off painter)......
Get a bit of polystyrene board and rub it furiously over a fresh bucket of skim after distracting the plasterer/labourer, a quick mix in and retire to watch from a distance......
No matter how well troweled he gets it, slowly and surely little tiny white spheres keep appearing!!!!! Lolol

If you did all your walls in magnetic, that would deflect the de-imaginification rays that the thought police use to stifle good ideas........you could cover the outside in tinfoil for extra protection.......

Its not a bad idea that. Worth a try. I had an idea for a trowel with a led light attached to the tang once. You would be able to see in the dark where the lights didn't reach. A bit like a dewalt drill with a light on it when you drill. I still think it will appear one day.
 
You got me thinking. Maybe if all walls done would soak up dirty elelectricity ie emfs good for bedroom but have to go outside for mobile will look into it
