I’m over 40 and still plastering why stop doing something that’s part of your life! There’s s**t days but I mostly enjoy going to work chatting with customers ect I think you just got to be yourself there are problem customers but there is in all business sectors! People work in factories all there lives doing the same thing every day at least were out and about and not governed by some pleb in a suit!
 
I’ve worked for the rich & poor and there’s been happy & miserable people on both sides. One bloke was worth £250 million, had a son of 6 who had a degenerative eye condition - he was going to be blind by about 10, with all that money he still couldn’t fix his sons eyesight, but at least the boy would have a future with financial security.

A lot of claims by people of profit and wealth , it's a way to go and don't say mines right (but I hope when at the end of the road they have no regrets , debt is a killer

Your one of the lucky ones then if your Missus stayed, when my health went so did my money and then the Missus. I just ended up in hugh debt after divorce and health went from bad to worst. I was talking a while back with some women and when I said about women not sticking around if the guy loses his job and don't get much income they said "that's right we would leave him too". All I thought was damn, what the hell. I stuck by my missus when she never had s*** and help pay for all the things she needed and her training to get into a good job but the when shoe was on the other foot she was gone. I heard many guys say the same thing. Getting things slowly back together now and health improving and when I get fully on my feet again no b***h will be living off me. Looking for an Island. lol

I use to chase money at one time, part of being poor growing up I guess and being told money will give you everything you want. I've learned the hard way about money as did my Dad working himself to death literally as did one of my Uncles. Money is needed to get by with that's it, you know bills, warmth, clothing, a roof over your head etc.
Most people live for other people around them, others opinions of them and what they have. We now live in a society that truly believes you are what you have. I am so done with that notion and will never believe that.

I was in B & Q looking at prices for a new cistern as mine had cracked at the bottom and is leaking. Started talking to a guy with his wife as they too were looking for a toilet. I had to laugh to myself because the guy was telling me that he had to buy a new toilet because of a hairline crack on the cistern lid about 2 inches and that if he didn't buy a new toilet his friends would look down on him and think he was dirty, his words not mine.

Health absolutely essential for quality of life, i know that for a fact. Happiness one of the biggest lies ever told. Contentment in life is what is needed. Happiness comes in small pieces now and again. If you continuously pursue happiness you will become unhappy. I wanted to write a book call Only HIF they Knew. HIF being happiness, Independence and freedom and let people know they are just lies. All these three things combined causes, disloyalty, broken homes, broken marriages, broken kids a broken society over all. All these three things are all about self and screw everything and everybody around you with no guilt what-so-ever. May be one day I will Write it but not if I find my Island.
