if we had this machine for hire then £175 is about what we would be asking for the hire, without generator, but, history has taught us that you are right in how bad the machines are looked after by some hirer's. this is why we have kept in the shadows of the plastering / rendering market. we have been telling people about the benefits of machine applying plaster / render since 1989. 20 years on there are still people saying they can mix it in a bucket and apply by hand quicker. once people start to use the machines, get through the initial start up issues and understand what the equipment can or cant do they will realise how good they are.

theres always deposits and cleanng charges though..
same thing with the power floats.. send em back covered in concrete and they bill you..

We have hired machine in the past yes, but we dont target that market. mainly flooring, concrete spraying, grouting etc. as i said, we have had our fingers burnt in the last 20 years. things are getting better but the UK is still 30 years behind Europe.

yeah of course you do grand ........but you wanna see what i charge for personnal deliveries lol.......same day delivery ...you can't grumble at that service can you mate lol

still have a bad feelin about it sprayin the multi i can see its advantages on renderin high up but thats about it. You dont get many walls a hundred foot long with no ceilings and sockets and a few men to do it with a machine and trowels, whats it like on ceilings show us a demo what about somethin with a high suction background which have to be flattened as your putting on which is another point if we are gonna one coat with multi i would be one trowel in front using the trowel and handboard to apply. It feels like they are made out to replace a labourer and can do the job of another man...............they cant scrape floors, load up, tape up, clean up and they dont apply it flat so where is the advantage? surely getting it on as flat as possible is the holy grail not spraying it? I honestly say i could beat that machine on that wall one on one me versus man and machine i guarantee it. lol im not slagging them they have their place but not skimming. :)

but lets see you try and keep up with it day in day out and see what state your in at the end of the week, the point we are trying to make with these machines is not how much you can do in 1 day cos I'm sure a lot of you reckon you could do the same amount it's the amount you can do long term it gives you the ability to spray larger areas on a daily basis and it's by doing this that the machine starts paying for itself

what you cant see on the vid is that the stuff on the wall is always fresh so they could have probably doubled that meterage with out any sweat

yes machines do have there place, they dont suit all jobs or all people. personally i would say that more m2 of render can be applied in a day than plaster.

company is Markham.

but youve still got to flatten it...........thats the point im makin, see what your like after a few years loading up dragging the machine about applying then flattening, cleaning the machine and cleaning up on your own. they look the part for external rendering but im afraid on finish im not convinced. your right the wall wasnt big enough but you would have to turn back and flatten eventually where as mine would be flattened now do you get the point im makin? The stuff i would be using would be fresh i dont understand what you mean?

im gonna drill a hole in a trowel, attach a hose to it and sell it to you lot for 200 quid! ;D

the point is that the material that comes through the nozzle is constantly fresh, so hasn't started to pick up ,i've been lugging a machine around site for about 6 years and i set it up i spray i rule i clean it i maintain it if you aint convinced then thats fair enough mate, the ritmo is a tiny machine mate you could even fit it in the boot of an estate car (that was just an example by the way , before we go into a whole other debate about it ruining your car )

it means its not sitting on a board which pulls water out of it and they flattended it later because the stuff was fresher it only mixes a small amount at a time but quicker than a paddle mixer giving you more time and it takes 5 mins to clean out

My names church im fat and i would like a free t -shirt please monkey boy xxl would be dandy

;D i got a free t-shirt from spreaders in Ipswich and i only bought 10 fine coat stop beads.......... spreaders for all your plastering needs.
