Just never rush into anything here really work out your area busy summer and winter what's near and how rentable desirable it is all year round, shops near? Restaurants /bars golf courses and Neighbours is it mainly expats or Spanish makes big difference . Easy to get carried away and regret impulsive buy ,regrets can be expensive.
 
I was going to buy a 1 bed appartment in Egypt 3 years ago £25000..thank f**k I didn't now..was guna go half's with my mum as she spends 6 months a year over there

I have shares in a gold mine in egypt called centamin....bought into them a while ago when a courtcase was raised about the legitamacy of the mine ownership.....doing very well now

Just some research on their debt levels and profit margins.....the company is listed on the ftse 250 so uk based share purchase just through my natwest sharedealing account.

Stopped wrking bank hols years ago...used to get to work and not be arsed so no point even attempting to go in on a bank hol
 
It's a job in a school, so we can only do it when the kids aren't in. Still, being self employed means we can have a bank holiday Tuesday or Wednesday instead. (y)

I never worked bank holidays until I started doin jobs for imago, 2nd one now :tonto: not his fault though, on both occasions it's because of someone else's Fuck up!
Then we have to pick up the pieces etc while they are probably sat in the pub or with family the Cunts! :muyenojado:
But I'm having Friday off so... :descansando:
