Like you say it's boring as f**k listening to the same bullshit about tools that were never needed when there has always been a good tool for the job.

I think its all down to timing. Every set is different. Some days it sets nice and others it hangs like fcuk.Tiger stripes been around longer than Nela sf.

I'm slowly working my way down. I kid you not at one point i had about 10-12. Down to about 5 now. One being a midget that barely gets used but is good for those awkward spots. My 14" carbon. 13" ss back up skim/floating trowel. An 11 dabbing trowel and my 18" i occasionally use for flattening. I'm trying to use less and less and most of the time just use my carbon from start to finish.

Each to there own Flynny. I used to be the same,2 trowels one for skimming and breaking one in on s&c but tried the Nela sf and I love it!
Do you work for Ryan aswell haha...
