Its got nothing to do with tiger stripes just a load of dicks that have under priced a job to win the work with the intention of mugging the subbys. Trying to make issues when there are none.

Back to the issue in hand. Multi is **** and tiger strips some times for no known reason.

I think it happens when the coat you are laying down with is stiffer than the roughing on coat so the first coat is taking longer than the top coat to set it's Deffo a problem in the mixing.

There you go lay down with a wetter mix and you never have tiger stripes, well done flynny we've all been using stiffer mixes for the second coat

There is always a reason I doubt it's the gear I know you get bad batches but Deffo human error and they are noticeable before it sets they don't just turn up or a contagious disease like rising damp :)

Once they are there you dont seem to beable to do anything with them. Its weired. We dont use multi alot anyways so I no real issue.
 
Also too much water when finishing can cause them but they are not impossible to get out, then maybe if your finishing with plastic you can't put enough pressure on them to get them out.

your right there,, i only use multi, but it was definitely better when we had a plaster for each back ground

The only one really missing is carlite which was a good plaster appart from that they pretty much do everything even more than they did before

carlite finish was great flynny, i always used to use it for areas where i had to join to old plaster, it was great for joining,, dont think siraphite has been around for quite a while either

Ill be fine shes got post natal depression and I need to give her more of my time, but im ****** without that money so it need my attention. The company knows about all this and seems to be making it as difficult as posssible. Coming up with new reasons for delay. Queried measure. Want full take-off done again. Go back through day work. More snagging thats not even a issue.

They arw just hoping ill go away and give up and they will be quids in.

These guys dont care about how these games effect your life :(

If anyone wants this companies details pm me. Never ever ever do anything for them!

iv never been involed in site work or nothing so never had to deal in such large sums of money

there no legal route you can go down to get the debt recovered

I don't know you mate...but from someone who has had quite a few life issues and serious depression through stress...genuinely hope things work out for you mate!!!

All I will say is money means nothing...if you have to just walk away without a penny and make up with the mrs and take some time then do it...you can always recharge and catch up with your finances...

Sorry if sounds like preaching...genuinely meant as heart felt advice from someone whos been there mate!

I would do but I borrowed yhe money off my family to pay the guys and keep the job flowing.

Cant let them down either
 
Just to add...And I say this genuinely if you feel that you are moraly right on this money the only way to go with these debts every time is the illegal/naughty route...

Not trying to sound like some gangster but these people respond a lot better to proper,proper horrible people having a very, very subtle quiet word in there ear apsoe to the legal no win no claim route etc...

Again I don't know likes of johnasif but get the feeling he probabley knows the sort of people that I mean....

The right person will conduct themselves properly and legaly and for a cut of 19grand just there mere stature and presence will be enough mate...

Hope im not offending with this post...but I guarantee you if I was owned 19k it would literaly take me a week to have that debt sold/organised

these methods work with some debts , but not with companies where you are not dealing with the actual person who owes the money,, my old flat mate/best mate is a debt collector,, he tried to collect a debt from a building company and is now doing 3 years in prison,, he never layed a finger on anyone, its just for the "very, very subtle quiet word" he had with them
