What would the ball park cost of an acrylic render using Parex render scratch and top coat per/M sq. be?

You mesh, render, prime and topcoat for less than we charge to do standard sand and cement render.

Bonkers, glad you're not near me.
Don’t see what’s the problem really- £10 materials, the rest is labour. If you hack off is £5m2, if I recall right. That’s what the ginger t**t is charging anyway and he’s busy as f**k.

How is it £10 a metre materials, a tub of Parex dpr is £100 a tub now alone before anything else.

£55 at least without hacking off or scaffolding.

Its going to cost at least £10 m2 just for the acrylic. Plus primer.

As your obsessed with the £5 per m2 stripping costs, I’ll break it up for you.

Typically 100/120 m2 in a 3 bed semi.

We’ll say 110m for arguements sake.

110 x £5 + 20% = £6

£6 x 110 = £660

Plus price of a skip £180

£840.00 inc

Would take my lads a good day to strip and skip.

Lads wages add up to £25 per hour, so say 10 hours to keep it simple

£840 - £250 - skip (£180) leaves £410 profit before deductions.
