Parking van on driveway

Am with the next door neighbour on this one. Who wants a van parked next door with f**k**g plastering on it. U are driving the property prices down

I've heard so many stories over the years from people having neighbour problems and they are just nutters, I guarantee you that he has had problems with other neighbours over totally random things too.
These burdens are incoparated in most estates.it just takes a next door neighbour to object.seen a solicitor yesterday,,,he says it rare for these to come to court.
But if you do go to court and lose you pay all the costs.this is Scottish law.
I have been told that there is no restriction on a public road which my driveway leeds onto.though i will seek this in writing from local authority.
He is a fud. And it is possible he has played himself if have authority to park my van outside his front window .

Haha that would laugh so hard if you could park out side his lounge window

Oh dear,,,,,the guy has tried to play me and it has just backfired on him big time.
I am allowed to park in the estate on public road without restrictions. Including outside his front window.
If he tries to get my van removed from my driveway by a court order and wins its going outside his house.
Cant wait to tell him.

I'd happily ask him if he'd like to pay the bill for fees you've been charged to gather this information. If he refuses I'd put it in front his window.

as far as i am aware, anybody can park anywhere on the road as it is classed as the queens highway,....only stipulation is emergency vehicles must be able to get by,.......a police officer told me that after i was reported by a neighbour on a job i was on,.....go for it donzo and park outside his front window ,....nothing he can do,....but make sure everything is legal first check with police etc good luck

I get a lot of grief from neighbours of people I'm working for. They pop up in the window, I sit there waiting for them to come out. In the summer, I parked on grass as no drive at customers. Grass was hard, no tyre tracks, not harming anyone. Guy came out from few doors down and said "why the f**k are you parking there" I replied if you'd asked me nicely to move i might have done, but now you can sling your f**k**g hook. He went round to the front of van and tried ripping windscreen wiper off. I jumped out, grabbed the f**k*r and advised him to walk away. He then kicked my wing mirror. I sent the guy to the floor then (big b*****d too) as was raging by now. Pushed him all the way back to his house and said if he's out again then there's a real big problem. He came out later that day and apologised and asked if I could pop in and give him a quote. People just go mental about their little bit of land.

You can start the pre trial negotiations- parking the van now in front of his window , and ask him how does he feels about the future.
