A good review and I will buy a couple, good lads that are testing them,a nice mix from pros to coursers,to only teasing
 
I'd love tp try a new trowel I have bought quite a few new ones lately and always end up going to the original also has anyone painted there work since starting with s*p*r*lex? Seems to leabe tiny hollows
 
Don't like to use the words cheaper as it can often describe quality. The total price will certainly be at the competitive end of the scale

I've had my 18" refina for 8 yrs and it's my favourite. I did not like the bits that stuck out of the handle at first use but I filed them down and it was fine after.
I will look forward to hearing the reviews on these new trowels by p1ss. It's the cork handle that's drawing me in.
 
We know the manufacturer of Refina trowels.

Our manufacturer Nela also produce other plastering tools. We will be entering these into our range in the future.

Nela competes with Refinas manufacturer in Germany and are very confident with their quality of products as we are.

The blue blades have been redesigned on the speedskim for easier cleaning and better quality. The end caps are also a better quality

cant see the cork holding up tho mate, and no idea whats going on with the holes in the handle, may be a great trowel tho.. would I change from refina.. probably not..
 
now now steven..............just because you've made the cut there is no need to be facetious............anyway, anybody who's anybody would ov had one of these trowels a few days ago......................:RpS_biggrin:

stainless mate, beautiful trowel, and i dont get excited about trowels..lol.. used straight out of box, i would say the best trowel I,ve used, going to get the leather handle one to try, there that good.. I have the 16 and 14''
 
Dont think they do a carbon mate, but you wont be disapointed in the stainless... and they have them on offer at the mo.. 25 quid..
 
These bad boys look and feel very nice solid and well made plus sexy!!

No rivet holes on opposite side to the teng..
