in carlisle the 2 spoons pubs still keeping there prices low, 2.89 pint of real ale,
but other pubs averaging 5.50/6.00 a pint,
can see it being 7.50+ a pint by end of year

How the hell are they making a profit selling beer at £2.89 a pint?

£5/£6 in my area.
 
£3.80 Guinness. Green king pub. @£4.00.in the legion. I'm going to cut down when it gets to £10.00.a pint . I've got a pub in my garden ,I've had to put the prices up twice this year .
 
witherspoons pubs are the only ones selling it at those prices cockney, the rest roughly the same as what you are payi by by

£4-60 here In village so I'm told I was in w spoons in Keswick in October £1-70 to £2 -80

I forget, I usually just give notes, get drinks and put change back in my pocket. Although I think it's 5.50euro a pint of Guinness
