Never been a fan of plastic trowels.. however , I have some major pain in my elbow and wrist ( tennis elbow ) so today I trowelled up with a foam back plazi, to see if it would help my elbow.. amazing really, because of less effort required my elbow wasnt too bad, and it finished very nice, over pva/skim... so anyone suffering with this, I would defo recommend the plazi to trowel up...
 
Tell me about it pal i have to roll out of bed every morning takes 10 mins just to put my socks on but once i get to work im fine good old sciatica! I do everything to make life easier so yeah if its plastic with bells on and it works do it!!!:RpS_thumbsup:
 
Going to get some sports massage on it mate... ordered another two plazi,s today, get them delivered tomorrow... definately makes it easier with the foam backed....

Could be rsi perhaps one of those cordless impact wrenches might help.
Still refinas courier shouldn't get lost.
 
instead of pressing the dislike button.. explain what you are on about ?? and dont get aggressive.. you scare people when you get agggressive...
 
your plainly struggling mate.. let me explain.. why would using an impact wrench help me plaster and help my tennis elbow.. im not joking, I am seriously keen to hear the cure you seem to have... by the way.. you cant transfer typing slowly can you... or are you attempting humour again ?? lol

There's only 2 g's in aggressive.
First rule of trying to be clever club, turn on spell checker.
 
nice of john J to take the piss when my elbows giving me shite..but hey,, ordered a 20'' foam plazi and the longest one they do ( for when my elbows better..lol ) they are really good actually and I will carry on using them....

No try the bandage ,it changes the grip, thought mma guys would know this, wipe on wipe off, helped me a few yrs ago ..

I found this a few years back had really bad pain in my elbow and switched to the plazzi for trowling that coupled with a brace worked brilliant don't use the brace at all now there might only be a slight difference in the weight of trowels but it makes a massive diff if your suffering with tennis elbow also there's not as much resistance when trowling up which helps too
 
Tennis elbow is common I think, first time ive had it... talked to Greg today and he said he had massage on his, so going to get that done, we have a physio trains at our gym, so see if that helps...
