hi lads need a hand im in the sh*t house the guy needs it done asap he said if the price is right i can start the week end.
need a price for a 2bed reskim not mats based on 2 spreads and time frame please
i was thinking £1200 7days 2 spreads
theres 2 lids worth of boarding on too joists
one room too d&d
small bit of pack work
then on with reskim
please im in the sh*t house please help
As im slow im really slow even slower when it smell the cafe lol

i would go in at £2100 for 2 of u if it is 7 days work
 
he said that his neighbour has priced it at £1200 no mats 14 days one spread i was just thinking if it was werth my time trying too land this job or not for that price with 2 spreads for 7 days as he needs it done asap id rather 2 spreads 7 days they 14 days ???

whole house m8te im fast m8te but theres faster spreads on the forum that will leave me for dust on a good trowel day i can hit a 30m2 set then im dead dont fance that for 7days ill be at bottom of the garden being pocked with sticks lol

but your right there it is cheep but if you look at it like me with a baby on the way needs must. Busting your nutz for 1200 7 days i know im a nuter but if you had slim work on at the moo and a baby on the way. Id rather try and bee a dad then a bum lads if i dont get the job then i wasnt ment too bee but ill still try and bee the best dad too my kids
 
don't wanna mug yourself off though mate, £85 a day ain't enough for a tradesman.
 
its too cheap but if you get stuck in, 3 mixes a day, and use your time wisely, you should be able to knock at least a day off it.

iv got a m8te that live's in essex he is 50 odd nice bloke but mone's about laying on mone's about mixing up fcuking good finish but hee swear's he is werth £100 per day lol
id bee doing it with him but i think id be nicked for murder lol
ill bee on the stilts tho so mite be quicker them him have a race if i beet him ill kepp the 1200 ha ha he he

if your not the fastest then you still wanna be doing absolute minimum a room a day. double bedroom size. each. so 2 rooms a day is minimum. if you cant do that then youve got no chance of making it pay mate

match the price and try and do it in about nine day s least it will give you about 130 a day if you aint got much on time aint really an issue just get the job dont give him a price simple :)

if you do it then use your time wisely, when im on a tight price ill put enough skim on so that by the time ive finished putting it on its ready to trowel up and so on. if your gonna do smaller mixers, inbetween you have to scrim or do anything you can to push it along, youll be amazed how much it works. if your mate moans bout mixing and about putting it on, get someone else.
 
You cant charge a lot becuse of your speed,you aint gonna get a massive day rate knocking out 3 walls or so a day.
The job i been on today me and my mate put 11 bags of finnish on and boarded a ceiling between us but that is why we command £200 a day which is a fair wage.
i think £100 is a fair wage for you if you can leave a decent finnish.
 
i get a good finish m8te love lids skimming on me stilts lol walls are ok over board is good
like today i was ment too just skim over 3 walls and a breast 6 bags of finish ended up pacting behind a rad befor i can skim over paching over some cace work from the spark and filling holes ect 7 bags started at 8 i was packet up at 3pm then was out bid on a grinder on ebay in the last sec not a happy bunny

could you do a double bedroom in a day? with ceiling? if you can then you won't be far off on that full house. if you do 1 wall per set your wasting your time. i worked on a site once with this lad who'd just finished a plastering course and was learning to be a lecturer ??? he would skim 1 wall per set, took him 2 weeks to skim out a 2 bed flat. and no, i'm not joking.
 
If you can do a room a day on ur own then no reason why you can do the job on ur own in a week if u push a bit harder for 2 days of the 7,then alll the dosh is urs.A 2 bed house max 7 rooms counting hsl as a room but more likely 6 rooms i.e 2 beds bathroom stairs lounge kitchen/diner lounge down stairs toilet.
