I used to work in a barbers on Saturday when I was at school - I used to take the payment at the end of the haircut and also ask ‘anything for the weekend sir?’... that doesn’t happen anymore

Probably right. I mostly cut my own hair, but sometimes go to the barber if I can’t be arsed doing it myself - last time he trimmed my eyebrows and left my looking like Danny La Rue. He even offered the BCS, I told him I can do it myself...he looked shocked - basic!

Cut my own since I was 15 lol , have said I'm tighter than @John j

Wahl clippers have always been King - they do a battery one now, just bought it and it’s brilliant as you don’t need a plug or extension lead - can shave the wife’s muff anywhere now.
