Ritmo L or Mtec200??

I think there was 20 prototypes made for testing

I hope it's all positive feedback so they make them for everyone. I was spraying a render and was having problems with it even with the clamp r@s. I tried the soft r@s and had no problem.

They do look good

Yes they were a few sent out for test. We are still waiting for data back on them but none of them have worn out yet lol. Some guys are close to 30 pallets render. Chances are they will be put into production as the d 63 soft has been very popular.
Im not sure if they are actually faster but a new faster rotor and stator has allready been developed for the ritmo. I expect to hear something soon

I think I'll give the soft one a go with site mix.

Only put the hose down for abit to help rule off and it blocked up. Pressure was higher than 6 like knocking on 15 if I remember right. You defo spray wetter than me marra

From what i have seen the rotor programme for the ritmos is developing all thw time. There was 1 rotor stator for a while now there are more already available and more in the pipeline for u ritmo people.

ROB is correct. You have to spray the kmix very wet and it will work spot on. By the time you got 10 m2 sprayed on it will tighten up enough to rule

I had lots of customers calling with problems of machine jammin on start up and it always was with a coloured k rend.
Our solution was a clampable stator which solved the problem. Some guys new to machine plastering were not that keen on using clampable stators unfortunately.
In fairness a word with paul hopkins of pft and it was put forward to germany It looks like its goin in production

The Ritmo L was always meant to have a d pump for higher output but was never tested successfully to go to market.

Smaller machines like the monojet and minijet evolved into the Ritmo. There is a big market in holland and belgium for ritmo aswell as the Uk.
The only thing needed to make the replacement complete is the higher output achieved by these smaller 3 phase machines mentioned above which is why they wanted to release the L initially.

Whats great about Pft is that they have a whole range of machines and equipment to cover every aspect of plastering.
The Germans are way ahead of us overall but we are copying them

if your spraying k mix at 15 bar its way to stiff.
Chuck the 1 bar/1 metre of pipe out the window with this material.!!
