Sbr or pregrir(exterior)

Hi lads apologise if this has been coverd but got to rerender over some old stuff which is all sound only over used sbr but in r is weather for speed suction etc what's the better choice? Never used the pregrit

sbr. we do use the pregrit in the netherlands, but it could not get a british kite mark for the external quality one.
