if it was 50m2 id agree with you but 500 odd and 5 quid a metre isnt enough for you then your one of the 20p extra a metre let down T***s

Thing is a gang who could do that aren't wandering the country looking for work, they'll be on a site with long term work and probably not doing 550m2 a day because they don't have to.

5 x 550 = £2750 minus tax = £2200
I’m guessing it’s roughly some where of the region of a 3 bed house in a domestic you would be talking around 6k your paying no where near enough.
And no your completely wrong I deal in lime and am doing a small bathroom ceiling at the minute which I’m charging £2850 for.

Yeah the price per metre plus area might not work for some, mind you there's no need to price it cos you know how much money is on the job.
Would probably suit a couple of local plasterers who do small works/ domestic.
