That's why I cant sleep. Least wife cant sleep aswell so she ain't getting it from else where lol.

At min little legs comes in our room between 1 and 3. Stands staring at me . Then I just go get in his bed while he gets in ours lol. Tired as f**k but wont be forever.
Shouldn't have shown him button for jacuzzi though

Forgot posted this thread , update is my sleeping pattern has got a lot better since whenever I posted , have tried cannabis products before but in general have found most of time can’t sleep is when work commitments haven’t been under control this is one thing have tried to get better at lately which has always been one of my downfalls

Try speed , heard that really does the job.
 
Mental health causes sleep problems so deal with that. We live in modern times and you can try self help what with youtube or books. People turn to drink, gambling and drugs to patch the problem but that don't work. I can point you in the right direction but better if you you go look yourself. That's my thoughts
 
I find coffee in the evening is a no go especially McDonalds coffee. Stay indoors within 2 hours of going to bed and keep the light down on the iPad.

For knock out then Night Nurse or Co-Codamol. Worry and stress will keep anyone awake.
 
Worry and stress is a fact of life.. The default for all things is depression, stress and to withdraw. You need to understand people and how the world works then learn how to cope with it. Everyone here is going to be die. Remember
If you get alzheimer's or
dementia and your 80+ your done.. That's it! Life over.. Everyone else (all of you) can do something today to make your life a better for tomorrow. (or a better spead) I ain't 80 nor do I have dementia so I ain't done yet and trust me.. I won't need rocking tonight. Lol.. Was a time though and I've done drink, drugs and booze and been to the pits of hell. Happens to just about all of us at some point. Your lucky if it don't. Then along come the Internet and now even if you can't read you can listen.. No excuses... On a side note.. Got another mate recently gone on the happy pills.. Gee.. He's not listening to me though but ill keep trying.

OK then. Go buy some from chemist then.. Boots have them. Just grab the cheapest and see what happens. You have a 60min window when you feel really sleepy after taking and you need to go to bed then or I found I'd stay awake. Tried a few and found one that I didn't feel to groggy in the morning which was a problem, but everyone is different so you just need to try and find what works for you. I was always a bit worried I'd piss the bed so never drank anything after 6pm. Took for a few months taking a break every 5 days or so for 2-4 days if I could.

not being funny stuart, but get yourself to doctor, i had same problem, got diagnosed with sleep apnia, very serious , get to docs
