Sore joints in fingers

Hi all been suffering from sore joints in my fingers last few months.

prob the start of arthritis and I'm starting to lose some flexibility in the fingers. Worse in cold weather.

Anyone else suffer ? Any remedies/cures/potions:confused:
 
Take this advice mate, im battered in the joints from work/fighting ( sport..lol )
get some
glucosamine
condroitin
MSN
cod liver oil

takes a couple of weeks to kick in, but works for me, cost you about a tenner a month
 
I get this every winter it gets worse, I take loads of supplements. Cod liver, calcium , vit d, multi vits etc etc don't know if it works. Just trying to slow down the inevitable methinks
 
i noticed other day me left hand that i use to hold the trowel in is alot more restricted now fingers more stiff and dont bend as easy as right hand
 
i find my fingers ache after a day floor screeding, i think that i am putting to much weight on my fingers as i pull rule . a couple of days later ,they are back to normal.
 
part and parcel of the trade, not nice and it gets worse ,look after your body @cassie as given you some good advice there but as well as those I take magnesium its loosened my tight calf muscles a treat (from using stilts)

What type of dosages mate?

and braggs apple cider vinegar with the mother, google it for joint pain, a panacea for all ills .. :RpS_unsure:
except for my failing eyesight for which i have just ordered some lutein :rolleyes)

I have superb eyesight, which is remarkable really when I think about.:RpS_blink:
 
Not in the fingers just in the shoulder had it for the last 6 weeks had naproxen to help cure a rotacuff injury next step is cortezone injection
 
been getting it in some of my fingers lately,, not to bad at the moment,, gonna give cassies advice a go,, :RpS_thumbsup:
 
You are all fooked, starts in fingers,knees shoulders hips follow in a few years, ketonal is what I need to work now

Is this the first time you've experienced pain in your fingers or has the condition come back over the past few months? ^_^
 
Glucosamine and chondroitin definatly work. :RpS_thumbup:

I get get sainsburys own brand, one tab a day. If I stop taking it pain comes back in a a few weeks. Works after 2 weeks. Try it, told loads of mates and they agree
