Speedskim ST SF pole holder fix

Due to the design fault of the pole attachment they become loose even when tightened.

Good excuse to clean the filthy bitch too.

@Olican has drilled his in for a more solid fix which is what i’ll Probably do next but for a quick fix you can slide some thin plastic underneath then tighten the attachment

I’ve got the sf blade to try. And no @essexandy it isn’t freebie.

I got the sf but I’m still in mixed thoughts about it but I’m stuck in my old ways with ss trowel.

Same tbh I rate speedy st but only ever use it on big ceIlings now everything else is stainless mt sometimes last one with plastic to finish it quicker

I may get the other blade just to make life easier. And some thing new to play with for the time to pass. I haven’t done much skimming lately to try it out mostly external render or dabbing tacking meh.

We got new design and it still wobbles..wen i say new design i mean the 2nd time there revamped it to make it more sterdy but still wobbles unless design has been changed again?

Probably because you're a skim monkey. Anyone with decent featheredge skills would find them easy to use on walls, whether they like them or not.

You have to be bang on with timing, theres a sweetspot where it flattens in very nice and takes nowt off. too soon it takes it off too late drags
