you can get the s*p*r*lex in 14" john,, im using the 16" at the moment but thinking of going down to 14",,, definitely worth giving one a go john

uhm .... ordered a 16 inch off ebay yesterday, forty quid delivered. can't wait .....
 
I might give one a go as I'm in the market for a new trowel as someone decided to use one of mine as a scraper!
 
i like to give my walls a finale trowel just as they start to change colour, so i probably dont save any time (i only do day work normally now) but definitely find troweling up a lot easier

You can go over your gauge/set earlier and effortlessly flatten and you don't need water either! I didn't believe it till I did it myself. You don't have to put as much pressure on the final trowels either and you left thinking (well I was) this is too bloody easy!?? Apart from cleaning the blade every so often, no water! That was on plasterboard and on blue grit on a reskim too. You wouldn't be dissapointed John if you tried one of these trowels :RpS_thumbup:

well i used it on board work today put on with me carbon mt then three troels without even wiping water on the blade and it left a lovely finish could have got away with 2 but feck the painters
