I remember a few years back working on a nightclub and the owner was waiting for payments to come through. He told me when the money/cash was arriving so I sat in his office to get paid first. He was a scary man but he said " I respect you for doing that". I then left and felt quite proud of myself!

Artex ceiling skim. Any bonding etc on walls . Skim.
