Yeah cheers (y)
Well when I say homeless, @imago is kindly letting me stay in the empty house that we are working on, you know like how the polish do :D
I went & got a load of camping gear from sports direct yesterday it was half price or summat, to kip in the house lol :bailando:
But it'll come in use as I might end up doing a @Lodan & live in my van

get yourself down to the local council they have to rehouse you if you are over a certain age and not made yourself homeless.

Yeah this time of year is usually Shite.
Just try not to worry about it, the more you sit & think about it the worse it will seem. Try & keep busy doing hobbies or whatever. Go a walk with the family it doesn't cost anything etc.

From Monday I am basically homeless me & the mrs are seperating & she & the kids will obviously stay in the house so I am on my own with nowhere to live & not sure what work is coming up plus all my bills to pay & now maintenance for 2 kids & i've earnt nothing in the last 3 weeks. Got a couple weeks with imago from next week but after that who knows. So don't want to commit to renting anywhere yet due to money & not knowing what work will or won't come.
But what I'm saying is I am not stressing & worrying or getting depressed about it as there's always someone worse off & I know things will work out in the end. Plus you live to your means when times are bad it's feast or famine in this trade.
As long as you've got your health mate try not to worry too much it'll just grind you down. I could quite easily loose the plot at the moment but you just have to keep going don't you.
Plus I find self medicating with beer helps :D:birra:

Hope everything works out for you bud :-)

Hope things work out, plenty of us been through very similar.
As said try get a council flat , kinda future proofs you , cheaper rents and extra bedrooms for the kids when they visit etc.
Takes a fair bit of time for things to settle but all works out eventually and for the best.

Wrong colour, from england & works, not a prayer malc sadly!

at one time i had a block of bedsits in colchester that i would rent out often to people waiting to be rehoused by the local council. there are rules that if the person is over 40 years old they have to rehouse as they are in the at risk group.
