Got stopped off the police and pulled into a parking area where 48 million people were in yellow vests.

I thought f*ck me here we go!

Police did their bit but as it happens the tow truck they had on standby to tow away dodgey vans was being driven by a mate whos entire garage I plastered last year and as soon as he shouted "hes well dodgey" the coppers lost interest as they knew I clearly arn't.

Anyway some bints from the Environment Agency said do you carry waste?

So blah blah blah they sadi you have to have a waste carriers licence.

So I said what for?

Well fly tipping costs councillss millions per year.

So?.........I can get a license and still throw my shlt where ever I want, how will having a license stop me doing that?

All you could really hear at this point was a coppers radio a couple of sparrows and the deafening sound of logic hitting the back of their heads.


Well, I said, tell me exactly how haveing a bit of paper will suddenly make it impossible for me to throw my shlt everywhere.

between the three of them they had no answer, one of them attemted to say its new legislation
I replied but its completely impotent.

And making people have to pay for a license is going to increase their willingness to pay to have stuff tipped properly.

I aint paying it....................... they can f*ck right off!
 
its F*****g ridiculous aint it mate.some knob in an office with no common sense is given too much responsibility these days. its funny when stuff like that happens though. my mate got stopped for speeding a few years ago when he'd just passed. i was in the passenger seat and as the copper was walking up to his window i looked behind and saw one of only 2 coppers i know, sitting in the car lol. so i got out and the first copper was all like 'excuse me sir where do you think your going, get back in the car now' i said im just gonna say hi to nigel mate, ill be back in a minute ;D nigel just told me to tell my mate to be careful. called pc plod back to the car and f**k*d off.
 
bloody jobs worth the lot of them... write to your MP and tell him how much money they are wasting and if he doenst act report him to David Cameron

I have decided to make a stand and refuse to pay and enlist the help of some big time political bloggers and contact nick Clegg as his part in ridiculous legislation reforms.

Right sorry cos of the space didnt see the last line you wrote

I was given one of them "if you say anything later that you use in evidence" style warnings like the police issue and told if I dont pay I will end up in court.

And incure bigger fines.

My issue is.....fines for f*ckin what?

Im on the Suns news paper webby at the mo telling them about it

What crime have I commited?................Well they decided that people throwing stuff they dont need away is a crime unless they have a licence.

By the way if you remember your mongy cs thread where I said B &Q will implement a card system where only contractors can buy building materials and it will all be logged on a computer.....and it has just become reality, and I was correct.

Although the spastics who were haranging me today are almost certainly going to be on the dole soon anyway.

You have been able to get a trade acount at B&Q for donkey years and any one can shop and buy what they want at B&Q or has it changed in the last couple of weeks?

Who is haranging you? so i take it you never got a fine just a warning? Well things will only get worse now the tories are in power.

Its like talking to a 12 year old with you, you need averything explaining.

yes it has changed you now can not use the trade exit without signing up to their tradecounter scheme, ffs when you get into an arguement at least have some facts at your dissposal.

I got a ticket saying if I dont buy a licence in 7 days I am in court, meaning - licence fee - fine - and court costs

because I'm a plasterer.

And on your final incorrect point the new government has just anounced they want submission of the public for laws we want scraping.

it does exist here,they tried to get £600 of me,i told them that i leave all rubish for the client or the main contractor
 
So what if your a subcontractor, who just supplies labour only? No commercial waste there just a van full of tools,
Skips are provided by main contractor, Ive never been asked for a waste licence or owt like that. i never put any sh#t in my van at all.

Ive got a number of a guy that I could use but if you said to a customer, someone will be round later to get shut then it could put them off you for next time. Same as if you ask first if they want to get rid of the gear themselves. It would put me off. Its the difference between you and another firm.

i have no waste whatso ever as I can judge gear perfectly.
 
Just do a written quote on domestic jobs & at the bottom put:
£40 rubbish removal.

Bet you they'll say "oh don't worry about the rubbish we'll get rid of that" ;D

Its like listening to a 12 year old listening to you you keep changing the questions to suit your answers thats why i have to ask the questions ie did you get a fine and the simple answer was the last one you gave, you said originally "I said B &Q will implement a card system where only contractors can buy building materials" which is a load of b*ll***s coz anyone can buy building materials trade or public and the fact you cant use their trade entrance so F*****g what use the other exits like everyone else you thick paranoid t**t plus ive just noticed another bit of bullshit in your post "I am a plasterer" your kiddin mate ive seen your vid.
Anyway let us know what happens in court in seven days or are you as i suspect full of s**t and youve bought the licence you need to carry s**t in your pickup?

Chaps, your missing the point.You have to have a carriers licence to legally trade, irrespective of carring waste or not.My mate got stopped for a faulty brake light.Asked for his carriers licence, on the spot fine for not having 1.Driving a Nissan Navara , sign written and empty, no tools or rubbish.
