I would say at the moment Oasis hates me the most followed closely by nelly and right on his heels is spunky but i think simple likes me Im not trying to annoy nelly i asked him a simple question "did he get a fine" but he went on a rant like he normaly does blaming the government then me next he will be saying its my fault about the licence lol he blamed the cscs on me.

They took a photo of the back of my van which had 3 empty bags and dust and small lumps of shlt on the floor and they classed that as waste.

I emailed my MP today and am filling in a repeal law thing on Nick cleggs website and also winding my company up.

And just work under the radar. It aint the money its the principle.

Thats exactly what I said to the 3 bints mithering me they had no reply.

One attemted to say "but you have to write a ticket each time you move waste includeing what it is where its from and where its going"

I said but what if I dont write a ticket.................again no reply.

I honestly got the impression they had no real conviction for its value, and they knew it was just a revenue raising exercise.

As spunky says above it is simply a 'stealth tax' on the inocent to cover the costs of the guilty.

Well thats the thing it will INCREASE cases of fly tipping because lads have allready payed for this shlt and will be reluctant to pay even more for skips or the tip etc.

Apart from it being expensive and a waste of time it will be counter productive too.
