which is the fine.....bit of shame though 25 years of experience and not taught no one big shame that sort of knowledge would be great to learn

i have been plastering for 50 years. my last apprentice was 25 years ago, and he still works with me.

i will thank you must admit most comments are doom n gloom lol but i do really want to do this and will definatly keep trying the things you mentioned...im definatly nagging everywhere i can lol

i have employed people in the past. the troble is i can earn more money with out trying to sort them out. you should aim your sights higher there are a lot easier ways to earn a living. when i first started plastering it was a well paid job, now you have to earn every pound that you receive.
