Setup each day 10 mins, clean out 10 mins.

You will learn time saving tricks as u go. Clean using the r/s to push water through save f**k**g about with tap and u can clean the hopper as well.

If the flow of the plaster stops and starts like it has air in it then it because u are using the powercoat shaft. ( silver no up right arm) switch to the ritmo m render and it's sweet

Use the water pump. It can go direct on to the tap as well as a water butt.

If keep f**k**g it up just use it as a conveying machine. Even my dad can do that.


Water flow 100 speed 10

You can leave the build up in the chamber just spray out any wet stuff. This lets you not have to disassemble the mixing zone each hit. Just do it each day after final hit.

Can leave it longer but remember the first bit u spray will go off slightly quicker then the fresh stuff

Speed ten for everything. I'm sure both were water flow at 100 but if thistle is to wet try 80 as that's also in the back of my head. Sorry it's been a while since I sprayed BG

Thanks for your concern Scotland,me not be parting with it anytime soon,experience is gain by the mistakes made ,stick with clearing out your stratta r/s for now bud.
With the A-team as my back up all good things will come to those that wait.

Found another block yesterday it's in main air pipe that connects air to lance/gun will have to order new air hose with the fitting as whacked it to bits last night in anger,thanks for advice

Broke the ring on the inside,f**k it I phone up for one tomorrow,just unplugged the connection about a metre down the air pipe,connected it to gun and air was going through it fine hopefully last piece to sort then rolling again r/s and gun sorted tested it tonight with water in hopper all good,thanks for your help pft should give you a job

The main man currier has been spraying internal for years and knows his stuff

Set up the machine over a weekend and run a few bags through it to get you going
It'll take a while to get used to it with problems galore!!
I haven't used mine for skimming although I imagine there to be more issues than using it for rendering
Using the thistle spray finish by hand must be costing you money!![emoji107]

Mate hand on heart even if the spraying didn't work out for me after a year I would probably still hand apply this gear.it's so smooth and clean,trowels up great,can get finish one coat on good back grounds it's £8 bag inc vat

Worked out I turned air off and shouldn't of done completely block up all the air pipe on the gun 6mm and the air on and off knob and it even went in the main air hose which attaches to the gun,I'll never do that again for sure.totally cleaned everything,the whole machine and every part on it now.
