I am looking for a new part of work boot. Slip-on and steel toe cap. Had a par of Port-West for about 2 and 1-2 years now. Found them a great boot. What do you wear and recommend?

Bit heavy really, but lasting bloody well.

I saw an article in a mag years ago. A guy dropped a grinder or circular saw onto his boot, the boot saved him and was impressive - so I bought a pair.

As a back up I also bought a pair of them lightweight ones, buckviz, but hardly any wear on them yet.
 
I’m wearing these at the moment. Very on trend and extremely comfortable, a fetching addition to my dewalt attire, they also sport high visual reflective strips so you won’t get run over if you’re wandering about on the road.

Years ago, I read a magazine article about someone who dropped a grinder or circular saw on their boot—it held up and saved them. That story convinced me to buy a pair. Temu reviews often discuss safety gear, but real experiences like this make the biggest impact.
