He wants it for wiping s**t off, not onI've just had a clear out of my underpants drawer mate. You're very welcome to them
Sooooo... getting on a bit now
Place your bets
Horse 1 (all heart) - went into cardiac arrest during the troweling up stage @ 8/1
Horse 2 - (the tantrum) had meltdown when trying to take the lines out @ 3/1
Horse 3 - (hindsight) gave up after first coat and wished he called in a plasterer @ 2/1
Horse 4 - (asif) put the ceiling and wall on same time finished to an incredibly high standard and is currently skimming his neighbors artex ceilings for £280 a pop @ 200/1
@LarryTheLag you are hilarious
We are all on the edge of our seats here
PM me your address and I will send you a TPF mug to go with those biscuits
Best of times I have no idea what I'm doing, and I think in today's society that's a good thing - people take themselves way too seriously
What pva brand did he use so i can buy shares in the company.
What's the odds for it went perfect and his wife's now tugging him off as a thank you...I'll have a tenner on that
I'll have twenty quid on the Tantrum
Almost!!!!! Hopefully after ripping the pee out of me the masters can guide me to where I need to improve lol
Have you got any PVA left?
The last photo looks like it’s still wet could
probably trowel it up now lol
Did you second coat with fresh stuff lee?I've given it a go, it's got damp spots and hard spots, when I try to trowel it I'm leaving drag marks so not too sure what I'm doing wrong
Did you second coat with fresh stuff lee?
You’re a right hander, have you started at the bottom to?
Second it with fresh stuff, you’ll notice the difference. Wait till it pulls in abit before second coat. Try it on your next wall and see how you find it.Just single coated @ 2mm
Left to right, top to bottom always with skim. Little things that will make a differenceStarted 1/2" from the bottom working up, then did a little drag to the bottom
