Would you pay for this plastering job ?

Pardon for captivating title, but would appreciate professional opinion regarding quality of this work. While I do understand need to fill occasional mark I don't believe this will deal with ripples and bumps. Any advice on on how to proceed with decoration in this case is also appreciated.

Sadly the payment has been made and worked out just over 21 per sq/m.
