Hacking of the render today off the back of a terraced house next door to a pub! The started at 10 and got right up by 10:45, then the woman that owns the pub came out and moved the trampoline in the garden right next to the dcaffolding and sends her kids playing on it! I went round and tried to explain that it was dangerous and that I'd be finished in about 10-15 minutes she told me to **** off and that the owners of the house shouldn't even be having the house re-rendered because everyone else shouldn't have to put up with builders working on the street! I thought I'll give it 10 minutes and they'll get tired and go bk in so I just sat on top of the scaffold in the sun with my brew. 20 mins past and I went down and started shovelling the s**t up and taking it to the skip and went to have something to eat. Got back at 13:30 they still there! What are you suppose to do? I wouldn't mind but the bit I had left was pretty much directly above the trampoline! Got sick of waiting and went home. If you seen this women the first thing you would think of is shameless lol but I lost out on almost a full days work! I'm gonna get there at 6 tomorrow and wake the cut up with my sds drill lol
 
fcuk em and carry on with the job she obviously dnt give a s**t about her kids cos she clearly knew what you was doin and put her kids out there on purpose so tomorow turn up stick the drill on and wen the kids go out accidentaly on purpose throw a smallish chunk of render down near the kids, then just warn the kids not the mum that if they stay there they will proberly get hurt, they will soon scarper and if they down throw loads more down till they get the message
 
Start an sds drill at 6am and she'll simply make a complaint to the council or police and it'll be more hassle than its worth
 
Get a couple of hard hats and ear defenders and hand them to the kids. At least you have done you bit. Also warn them that playing under scaffloding is dangerous. If they then get hurt you have done your bit.
 
Probably cos your customer complains about the noise coming out of her pub.

There's a w^nker like that near us, bought a house next to a pub and has had police, council, fire service, anyone he can think of checking on the pub cos he 'likes his view, but not the noisy pub next door'.........they've spent over £20k on soundproofing alone, just to try and keep this whining fuckwitted, arsehole of a bast^rd sweet. Why fkin move there to start with????

Fair play to ya! Trying to earn s living with a cxxx like that.simple just take angle grinder tmo noise is mental an blows s**t everywhere(before kids come out of course!)
 
is this job for you or are you working for someone? im thinking your working for someone and will get paid for the day anyway, just tell the gaffer what the crack is and get him to fence it off (lets hope she doesnt ring H&S)
If its your job then why didnt you just move the kids and the trampoline ?

like said id take the knife to it
 
think you should be careful if its your job mate if you piss her off she'll ring colin with his clipboard and then he'll make you do all the netting and all that s**t:RpS_scared:

if he gets them some hats theyll think they work for him and hang around more prob txting all day and doing fnckall :RpS_lol:

there is a case in our local paper the next door neighbour is sueing the pub, as the pubs customers go outside to smoke and the neighbour says the smoke is going over into his property
 
Just have a nice chat with her, tell her where you're coming from. You need to get it done to get paid, end of.
