I've done potatoes but I was on a harvester. Pretty cushy. Sprouts were a killer! Mid January, middle of a field with a machete hacking the stalks and keeping up with the machine. Hands are that cold if you chopped a finger off you wouldn't know. God that was grim

Yeah certainly is. Grew up in the country so had a few farmer mates. Helped them out for some cash.
Turkeys at Xmas too! Slicing the turkeys neck, draining the blood into a barrel then plucking them ready for the butchers. Farmer hadn't starved them long enough so they were shittin all over the place
Plastering isn't that bad

To be fair I just done a fence in my garden at home and your right digging is fecking horrible, felt like id been put through a mangle the next morning.
