Betting does nothing for me, I don't have the bug I'm afraid.
put the bet on yourself come on here In may, and berate me at your leasure, I'll lap it up.
Burnley will be safe as houses, I said the same last season when you said they'd go down. They have a formula and stick to it, tight at the back, goals in Barnes, wood, McNeil up front, not the most attractive football but it works.
It's hard to get a shot gun/fire arms license, dumblane in the 90s saw to that. Don't believe the daily mail etc saying it's easy it's really not. The police come out to meet you etc the criteria is extensive.
I bought one a long time ago, it was sat on retention for a long time. There good investments (good ones with low numbers, few letters) it's probably doubled in value.
If you selling it, have you thought about Ian at pft to sell it on your behalf.
I sold my previous L with Ian, he sold it the next day, money was in my account instantly, all very easy and hassle free.
Bit of an over reaction, the fellas got issues somewhere down the line, just with me maybe, couldn't care less to be fair. One to put on the ignore list so I don't have to read his bile.
I had a labourer a few years ago that worked for me, sound fella but thick as mince really, who's mrs grand parents died, they inherited circa 2 mil about 10 years ago, He started buying up industrial units and must be worth double that now.
I can only speak from experience, I was fairly into plastering at one stage, I had multipul spreads subbing, I had the maintainence contract with a housing association and they were on ceilings, patching etc.
Not always so, I know quite a few decent renderers that can't be arsed with the hassle of it all , but are happy to come on a day rate or price or paye, and switch off with on an eve.
A good pall of mine runs a decent size roofing outfit, he tells me his outgoings are north of 100 grand a month, so you'd think he'd be doing alright in life, yet he's still as tight as a camels arse in a sandstorm...worry is all relative isn't it, a one man band spread can worry about finding...
I used to, but moved away from internals about 10 years ago, it just became a race to the bottom and margins getting squeezed etc.
I find externals more profitable particularly on domestics as we do leadwork, replacement gutters etc and also gives a bit of variety.
Winters are generally getting...
Blagged it.....by keeping 5 clean sheets in a row, finishing top of the group, beating Germany etc, you can only beat whose in front of you...England have genuine world class players. Italy are a class act but a one off game who knows.
We are currently re-rendering a large detached, the final bill will be north of 50k.
We don't know the variables, let alone a good chunk of that will be vat, plus scaffold alone could be 10% of the quote.
I just take it as an average at the end of the year, some projects I win on,some I break even or even lose money, our jobs/projects range from a grand to over a hundred grand. It's when outside factors such as adverse weather which I can't factor in, for instance May this year was one of the...
Most of the trades fellas I work with/for/work for me are in there 50s I'd say there's a real shortage coming down the line , most young lads now mind are computing etc they don't want the graft.
Some fellas think there's a conspiracy in night following day it's just there mindset, and social media is a breeding ground for it.
It's just an mp that's been caught knocking a member of his staff off, it's nothing new they were doing it in the 1800s, the only difference is they are career...
A clean sheet is something to build on I guess that would be Southgates thinking. To top the group and not concede a goal in 3 games, we would have took that at the start as success.
As above, Harrogate area, North Yorkshire.
Full time on the books.
Chance to progress on tools. Experience not essential as training given, working on domestic, sites. attitude more than ability.
07939 466883, Richard.
We will never adavance with cautious Gareth at the helm.
(Incidentally the highest paid internationall manager in the world) taking foden off, Sancho not getting his boots dirty, Kane getting no service, 2 holding midfielders.
On paper we've one of the best teams in Europe, but getting a tune...
Why not just add a nominal amount to your estimates to cover your time for quoting ? Instead of a direct charge, you don't have to itemise it just add it in.
