I've gone from being manic to so slow it's sh-t, just finished a new build that's had me there for a few months and I was turning work down as they wouldn't wait and now I've finished it's gone a quiet, that's the problem with this trade when it's busy it's stressful and shi.t and when it's slow...

I've done a couple of these and I'd fill the joints and roll the hole ceiling it looks a lot better then beading it up

Go up the new "loft hatch" and pull some new cables back and coil them up above the "loft hatch" board it skim it get paid ! But you'll not get anymore work off him but he sounds like a nob anyway

I have got time to train just don't know if I've got the patience but like you say they'll soon want a mans wage and go if they don't get it

To be fair the are fairly easy to take out so just disconnect as above but make sure the fittings are scattered around the bathroom

I went to plaster a bathroom a builder had dot and dab and id not finshed skimming and the boards started moving. The silly idiot had stuck them to the tiles and they just fell off so no you can't you need to take the tiles off

You might as well remove it yourself will save you a few quid
